How to Request a Refund
To start a return or refund, contact our support team at support@slimfit.com with your order number and reason for the return. You'll receive a response within 1–2 business days.
You do not need to return the product to qualify for a refund. We trust our customers.
Refund Eligibility
- All Slim Fit GLP-1 Natural orders are eligible, whether a one-time purchase or subscription.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 365 days of the original purchase date.
- Each customer is eligible for one refund per product line.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges immediately. To receive a refund on an already-processed subscription charge, please contact us within the 365-day window from that order's date.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
