Managing Your Slim Fit Subscription
Your Slim Fit GLP-1 Natural subscription is fully flexible. You can skip a delivery, pause, cancel, or update your details at any time — no phone calls, no hassle.
Step 1 — Log In to Your Account
- Go to our store and click the Account icon in the top-right corner of the page.
- Enter the email address used when you placed your order.
- You'll receive a one-time login link by email (no password needed). Click it to access your account.
Step 2 — Open Your Subscriptions
- Once logged in, click Subscriptions from your account menu.
- You'll see a list of your active subscriptions. Click the one you want to manage.
What You Can Do
Skip a Delivery
Don't need your next bottle just yet? Click Skip upcoming order next to your next scheduled delivery. Your subscription stays active and resumes on the following cycle.
Pause Your Subscription
To pause temporarily, select Pause subscription. No charges will occur while paused. You can resume at any time by clicking Resume subscription.
Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel, click Cancel subscription at the bottom of your subscription details page. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you won't be charged again. Any orders already processed will still ship as normal.
Change Delivery Frequency
Want deliveries more or less often? Click Edit next to your delivery schedule and choose a new frequency.
Update Your Shipping Address
Click Edit next to your shipping address to update it for future deliveries. Changes apply to upcoming orders only — already-processed orders cannot be redirected.
Update Your Payment Method
Click Edit payment method to update or replace your card on file. Your new payment method will be used on the next billing cycle.
